Cancellation Policy

1. Scope This cancellation policy applies to all bookings for coaching sessions, speaking engagements, workshops, seminars, and any other services offered by WKB Ministries. 2. How to Cancel or Reschedule To cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us by phone at 301-412-4093 or by email at WKBMinistries@outlook.com . Cancellations or change-of-plans requests should be communicated by the client, not via a third party, to ensure clarity. 3. Cancellation Notice Period For a full refund (or no penalty), cancellations or rescheduling must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking are considered “late cancellations” and may be subject to a fee (see below). 4. Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee If a booking is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or if the client fails to show up without notice, a fee of $__ (or 50% of the booked service fee, whichever you prefer) will be charged. This fee covers time blocked out for you and any potential lost opportunities for WKB Ministries. 5. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule an appointment without penalty if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled date/time. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the booking may incur the same fee as a late cancellation, at the discretion of WKB Ministries. 6. Exceptions / Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of illness, unexpected emergencies, or other valid extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the fee or allow a free reschedule at our discretion. WKB Ministries reserves the right to request documentation of emergency (if appropriate). 7. Provider-Initiated Cancellations If WKB Ministries must cancel or postpone a booking for any reason (e.g. illness, unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you as soon as possible and either reschedule or offer a full refund of any payments made. 8. Notification of Policy This cancellation policy will be included in all booking confirmations, service agreements, and on the WKB Ministries website. By booking a service with WKB Ministries, clients acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms. 9. Amendments WKB Ministries reserves the right to update or modify this policy. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients in advance and clearly posted on the website.
